SERVICE & REPAIR GUARANTEE
If you are not 100% satisfied with the service we have provided, we will refund all of your money. If our plumbers smoke or swear in your home; do not wear shoe covers or leave your home without cleaning up, you do not pay for the service. If a repair fails in the first year, we will repair it again at no charge.
THE DIAMOND CERTIFIED GUARANTEE
If you have used a Diamond Certified company and tried unsuccessfully to resolve a disagreement, please contact us at info@diamondcertified.org or (800)738-1138. Our mediator will work with you and the company to attempt to reach an agreement that both parties can accept. If the mediation fails to produce a mutually-agreeable solution due to the failure of the company to honor contractual obligations, uphold industry standards, or participate in good faith, we will refund your purchase price up to $1,000. $100 No Aggravation Guarantee
We stand behind our installation and products so firmly that if your water heater fails you within the first year, not only will we fix it at no charge, but we will also give you $100 in vouchers for future services. It’s our way of saying, “sorry for the aggravation.”
Home Comfort Guarantee
We guarantee our plumbers will not smoke or swear in your home, are drug tested, will wear shoe covers, and will not leave your home without cleaning up. If you find our service does not live up to this standard, you won’t pay for the service until we meet your satisfaction.
Best Value Guarantee
We guarantee you will not be able to find an identical water-heater solution (product, service, installation quality, warranties, and guarantees) from another company for less or we will happily pay you the difference plus a $25 finder’s fee.
No Lemon Guarantee
Should your water-heater tank develop a leak during its guaranteed period, we will remove it and give you a completely new water heater at no charge. If you have ever experienced a “lemon” before, you will truly appreciate our commitment to your long-term satisfaction.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
The water heater we have installed will perform as we have stated. If your water heater fails to deliver your family the hot water you were expecting within the next year, we will refund 100% of your investment.
